The PA, Rob Baker, at this location showed horrible malpractice when seeing my girlfriend for neck pain. Learn how to speak to your patients, especially female college students. Your comments were out of pocket and had zero association to what we came in for. PSA for anyone coming into this location: let anyone BUT Rob Baker check on you.
Do not go to the University for a possible UTI. This urgent care is usually pretty good in general. The new appt making festure is a crock of 💩. The check in staff is hit or miss in terms of friendliness. It's a clean place with really nice nurses, and kind providers but, their lab sucks. If you're a woman, and you think you have a UTI and need a culture (you should always get a culture) expect an 80% chance of the culture not giving you any definitive answer, but you still get to pay for the stress and complete waste of ti... read more
I would give zero stars if I could. A family member went to this urgent care and the PA couldn't even take the time to listen to what was wrong before telling them they were fine. If you aren't even going to listen to what is wrong, why are you in this profession? Horrible experience.
Excellent staff, excellent service!
Every time I have come here there is always over an hour wait. This time I came for my son (7 months old) he has a high fever and not acting his normal self we didn’t know if it was teething or a cold. So I called and asked to be put on the wait and the woman on the phone said “it’s a walk in clinic you can just walk in” so when we got there at 1:00pm they said we wouldn’t be seen until 2:20ish then it turned into 2:30 then 2:45 then 2:50 and when we finally got called it was already 3:00pm!
