If 0 stars were available, i would give it. I came in with a 103 degree fever. I called ahead and was told it was a walk in clinic, then proceeded to wait in the lobby for over 3 hours feeling the most sick I ever have. I got into a room, and sat for another 45 mins before a nurse came in to see me. After the nurse left i was in for another hour waiting for a doctor, and then another 45 minutes for results, which said i was fine. Was waiting for over 2hrs to be seen .......unbelievable. We walked out.
The PA, Rob Baker, at this location showed horrible malpractice when seeing my girlfriend for neck pain. Learn how to speak to your patients, especially female college students. Your comments were out of pocket and had zero association to what we came in for. PSA for anyone coming into this location: let anyone BUT Rob Baker check on you.
Do not go to the University for a possible UTI. This urgent care is usually pretty good in general. The new appt making festure is a crock of 💩. The check in staff is hit or miss in terms of friendliness. It's a clean place with really nice nurses, and kind providers but, their lab sucks. If you're a woman, and you think you have a UTI and need a culture (you should always get a culture) expect an 80% chance of the culture not giving you any definitive answer, but you still get to pay for the stress and complete waste of ti... read more
