Not even a person in the waiting room and I have been here over 30 mins waiting they told me to get there by 2:45 or I would lose my spot in line still waiting and it's 3:15 nothing is urgent about this place at all
I was treated with kindness from the moment I walked up to the front desk!! I had a terrible experience at the Cedar Rapids location 2 days ago so I was quite anxious walking into this location this evening. However, talking to the staff here was like a breath of fresh air. The front desk lady greeted me with a smile and was a delight to chat with. Ridiculous service I showed up with ear pain and they refused to see me.
Horrible horrible they will have you in the lobby for three hours while you and your children are coughing my kids are crying in pain my throat hurts so bad it hurts to talk my infant daughter is wheezing and my sons are running fevers they still had us sitting for three hours then we get to the back and are only back there for 20 minutes just for them to tell me that it’s just a virus that’s going around take some some Tylenol and Motrin and drink honey!
I came to the clinic 3 times in as many weeks for a UTI. Saw 3 different providers. The first 2 were okay, and prescribed 2 different antibiotics, neither of which worked. My third visit was with a young woman named Anna, 3 days before Christmas. Whereas the other providers did their jobs, Anna went above & beyond.
