I don't understand the low ratings. I had to go in for a severe broken foot, and they got me in right away, did x-rays and got a boot ordered for me and got me some immediate relief and advice. Staff was awesome. I am happy we have them in our community!
I thought the appointment planner was rude so what if I was off on my days ..did it matter I wanted to be seen for my stitches being red and need to get them removed…wowza
rude staff! very unprofessional
The receptionist didn't even ask me for insurance which I thought was odd. I assumed they had my insurance on file as I go to UI for my primary care. I was surprised to see my bill for the urgent care visit to be billed as self pay and over $200. Please train your staff to ask if a patient has insurance and ask if it has been updated recently
