They’ve consistently messed up our billing multiple times. They always bill our visits as emergency room visits and cause us unnecessarily high bills with our insurance. Going to avoid this location at all costs moving forward, not sure why this is so difficult.
Typically I feel rushed here, but today Vicki Jensen was an amazing help with the complicated symptoms I presented to her. She did the best she could with what she had and I felt cared for. Thank you!
I don't understand the low ratings. I had to go in for a severe broken foot, and they got me in right away, did x-rays and got a boot ordered for me and got me some immediate relief and advice. Staff was awesome. I am happy we have them in our community!
