We got there at 8:40 and nobody was in the waiting room. They still refused to see our son. Technically they close at 9 pm. This is not health care!
Got there around 30 to 45 mins before closing time on Saturday they got me in and out. I'm an OTR driver, so I'm not from the area, but I had a bad toothache and couldn't take the pain anymore. This was the first to pop up, and they were 5 mins from where I was sitting. The front office lady was very nice and polite. She helped me out with what i needed. The staff overall was great. Great group of people who got me what I needed for my toothache and back on the road with no more pain. Thank you all so much!
Don’t even bother coming here. 5 hr wait to have a UA done on my mom. Like most things University related an absolute model of inefficiency. And they were rude. You’re better off ordering meds off Amazon and getting them the next day. Your wait will be less
I had to visit twice due to an infected surgical spot. Both visits the doctors went above and beyond to take address my infection and get me the proper medication started right away. The second visit I’d like to really shout out Dr. Cailing Li she went above and beyond, and called to check on me a few days later to make sure I didn’t have an additional reactions to the new medications. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful, and very attentive even given how busy they were both times.
