Fraudulent practice and billing scams are common here. They ll get you to do lab work done and say it's covered by insurance and a month later will get hit with bills

Fraudulent and misleading billing practices. Be careful when they tell you that your insurance will cover it - I was told this but it proved not to be true, and I was hit with a $100 bill which no one was willing to resolve. Ask them to provide you with a total cost, your specific deductible, and whether the item is a deductible-only item or 80/20 ins/patient, etc.

I’ve been waiting for 3 hours and I still haven’t seen the doctor this will be my last time coming to this facility it really sucks

Rude front desk staff, had to wait 50 minutes between the nurse getting the vitals to seeing the doctor.

My daughter is a student and went for a sinus infection. The charge was $393 for the visit and another $549 for lab. (apparently they send lab through hospital but they don’t tell you this upfront). $942 for a visit for a sinus infection!! How do you call yourself an urgent care when you charge as much as an ER??!! These fees should be told to a student on a budget up front!! Robbery!! Avoid this place.
