Its terrible, I've been trying to get ahold of my care provider and have called 3 times the last time I was hung up on by the call center and no call back. and I'm still yet to get the specifications of my work restrictions for my employer and its getting to be ridiculous and I can't message her on my chart, I've called repeatedly what am i supposed to do I'm beyond stressed out over this horrible after care service.
Place is worthless went as a walk in pretty sure I have a broke arm and they wouldnt even see me told them I wouldnt be able to get there till this time tomorrow and they wanted my to do through some app and I cant get a xray through the app what a joke they denied me care real stand up place this is the reason I haven't been to the doctors in 6yrs dont plan on going ever again they are only in it for the money. Urgent care yeah right urgent disappointment so disappointed in their services.
About 5 weeks prior I started to feel sick. Whatever it was turned into a sinus infection and bad chest congestion. I asked for a steroid shot to quickly head it off and the lady that takes your temperature says we don’t give shots here but maybe the nurse practitioner would in your case. The nurse practitioner came in and listened to me and looked down my throat. She instantly wanted to do a Covid test.
