This is the worst clinic anyone could go to.
The man at the front desk was extremely patient and kind and helpful with setting up new patient information, and the women who spoke with my wife and did her testing were also kind and answered her questions. The wait was not very long, and there was a screen to see your place in the queue.
Extremely concerning experience. Our appointment time was 10:10. We weren’t taken back until 10:45. My grandson is four and has had fever, heavily colored drainage, deep chest cough for 5 days along with periodic throwing up and diarrhea. The Dr gave him nothing. She said it was a cold and he needed to “work through it and it could take 7-10 days”.
