Never had a wait time less than 2.5 hours. University of Iowa healthcare sucks. Constantly being dismissed or misdiagnosed. Having to ask once again what’s going on while I’m sitting here waiting to be seen because my name keeps disappearing off the board a nobody knows what’s going on.

Just saw Lindsey S., ARNP. I’d give this lady a zero if I could. Went in for excruciating arm pain and swollen fingers. Barely even examined me & sent me home with some naproxen and PT referral. Should have stayed home and saved myself the trouble.
