After 6 months waiting to see a pcp, they canceled on me as well. Schedulers are unable to provide accurate information. Schedulers Jeremy and Shelby provide conflicting info and couldn't care less. Avoid the University of Iowa Healthcare whenever possible, but especially avoid this clinic.

Waited for over 5 months to establish care at this location. Days in advance got the "check in online" notifications, which I did. The morning of my appointment I was called and informed that the doctor was sick and that they were no longer accepting new patients. I'm sure they knew their panel was full, well in advance of my appointment. It would have been nice to have known sooner so I could have scheduled elsewhere. The soonest anyone can now see me is in March and my health is not good...
