Horrible horrible they will have you in the lobby for three hours while you and your children are coughing my kids are crying in pain my throat hurts so bad it hurts to talk my infant daughter is wheezing and my sons are running fevers they still had us sitting for three hours then we get to the back and are only back there for 20 minutes just for them to tell me that it’s just a virus that’s going around take some some Tylenol and Motrin and drink honey!
I came to the clinic 3 times in as many weeks for a UTI. Saw 3 different providers. The first 2 were okay, and prescribed 2 different antibiotics, neither of which worked. My third visit was with a young woman named Anna, 3 days before Christmas. Whereas the other providers did their jobs, Anna went above & beyond. wish i could go below 1 star, they not only provided an inaccurate diagnosis over the span of 2 visits, they denied any wrongdoing after multiple times i expressed what happened during my visit, siding with analysis of a doctor that wasn’t even in the room. most of the “doctors” here don’t know how to do their job and they will nickel and dime YOU for them being bad at their job. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! oh and they’ll say to talk to patient experience but they always side with the doctors so don’t waste your time!
I came straight to this urgent care after work because I had IMMENSE pain in my throat. I could feel how swollen my tonsils were, and knew I needed to do something to fix it. The wait wasn't long, and everyone seemed very nice, however they were not helpful in the slightest. They gave me a strep test, and told me that if it came back negative we'd test for Covid.
