Dr Crippin is great, UofI asks too many personal questions not relevant to my physical health in their iPad questionnaire.
Excellent healthcare. Front staff is awesome and welcoming all the nurses are very kind and have a good sense of humor. I see Dr. Dalton and she is so on top of things especially communicating via the health platform they use and recommending treatment for a slow thyroid. They accept Medicaid, changed my pharmacy no problem, and scheduling is very simple, but like a lot of places since Covid, it's best to make an appointment even for urgent care on the website. Highly recommend!
Called and got in right away. Everyone was super nice and pleasant. Excellent experience all the way around!!
