Excellent healthcare. Front staff is awesome and welcoming all the nurses are very kind and have a good sense of humor. I see Dr. Dalton and she is so on top of things especially communicating via the health platform they use and recommending treatment for a slow thyroid. They accept Medicaid, changed my pharmacy no problem, and scheduling is very simple, but like a lot of places since Covid, it's best to make an appointment even for urgent care on the website. Highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Carissa Spain to establish care and assist with anxiety I was experiencing. When I reviewed my after visit summary I noticed my medications had been changed without being notified. When contacting the office, the nurse was extremely rude and kept saying I was refusing to take the medication because it wouldn't help. I never said that, after a lot of back and forth (her arguing and me trying to explain the same things repeatedly) she finally agreed to talk to the doctor.
