I received excellent customer service. The doctor and nurse who provided care demonstrated genuine compassion and empathy regarding my current health issues. I am extremely grateful for the UHS Primary Care Walk-in Clinic team of providers. I would strongly recommend this healthcare location to all of the Delaware County Constituents.

I am always impressed by DVH Walton when I’m in need of health services. The waiting times are short, the staff is always courteous and respectful and it’s such a relief not traveling hours back & forth! When you’re not feeling well, you just want a diagnosis quickly, so you can start getting better at home, often in bed at first! Thank you to the wonderful local hospital for all that you do for our community!
The experience I have had each time I've used this walk-in is the experience every walk in should be providing. Clean, efficient, friendly, courteous service. All "above par" and I made sure they each knew how much I appreciated them. It's a simple idea, but they have figured it out: First and foremost make those you serve feel seen and heard, it goes a long way.
