Thank goodness for this walk-in urgent care. It’s the only one in Delaware County. They have a welcoming staff, caring nurses and doctors. I got there right after they opened at 8am and there were two people ahead of me. I was seen quickly by a friendly nurse (Stephanie) who took my vitals. I then saw a PA (John) who was so personable. I was told what the procedure would be (I came for an infected finger) and was treated and on my way 80 minutes later. Great experience start to finish!
Lauren, the nurse and Matt the nurse practitioner were both very professional, personable and listened to what I described. Their friendliness made it obvious they really like what they do and caring for people. So glad this service finally got to DVH and Delaware County!
