I had an unfortunate accident with a new chefs knife. Upon arrival the receptionist took all my information and immediately had me seen by a physician. I was cared for with the highest of professionalism. Thank you
After being there for almost 2 hours for abdominal pain, a nurse practitioner, instead of a doctor, told me maybe I should go to the E.R. for scans and stuff. If they weren't equipped for an abdominal situation they should've informed me after intake and vitals. I was very disappointed with the Vestal's UHS-Walk-in
Slowest trip ever!! Took 5 1/2 Hours, staff was nice but it was crazy how long it took all together.
The waiting time was short and it was fast to see the Dr. Problem is that the treatment was not all OK and the pain I was feeling still remains. The Dr. asked to see a specialist but the availability is within 3 months! How I am expected to stay like this for three months. Will have to go back again. Hopefully they will solve this for me
