I came to her as my primary care provider with a very simple, reasonable request: a letter supporting an emotional support animal—a kitten—for my school apartment due to my ongoing struggles with anxiety. I’ve seen podiatry, orthopedics, gynecology and mammogram and physical therapy, all in these two buildings!
I’ve went in to the gynecologist office here many times and mi visits have all been a huge waste of my time- I give them my concerns, they run a test for things I’m not concerned about, and then say “the test came back negative so you’re good to go, let us know if the problem doesn’t go away.” These are issues I’ve had for years. They try to pressure me into talking (hormonal) birth control regardless of how many times I say no, I don’t want to take it, I’ve already been on it and I have no interest.
