My visit went well , my needs ,concerns were met. By both Nicole and the nurse. Staff was friendly, efficient ,professional and used proper hand washing procedures. I've been a patient here for many years now and have always had a voice in my care, they have listened to my concerns and spoke to me in a friendly yet professional manner.

I saw Dr. Bouali a year ago. I was forced to wear a gown during this appointment. Dr. Bouali walked in and said she didn't understand why I was there because I looked "young and healthy." I've never been as sick as I have been in the past 18 months, thus why I was there. She proceeded to dig through my belongings and rip off my face mask. She never examined anything other than my mouth and wrist joints, so I don't understand why they were so adament I wear a gown.
