My Rheumatologist recently left the practice. I was given a new physician (NP). Our first visit ended up being a telehealth call due to the NP being ill. She was rushed, rude and didn't take time to listen to what I had to say. I am very sick and sore from arthritis. The medication my previous doctor had prescribed I had completed and it wasn't working. Just prior to my appointment with this NP, I had been put on a 5-day regime of steroids for COPD. I felt great. My visit was virtual, and Dr Bouali is so good. She knows her stuff, asks the right questions, and listens to my concerns. Gives me advice about my care. Likes to get right to the point in her time with her patients. And I like that in a doctor. ty.
This office is filled not only with professional staff but also very caring and helpful staff. Nicole took the time to help find solutions for my health insurance issues when she didn't have to. I always feel seen and heard, not just another patient to get in and out the door
