John Tarbox was a great listener. He was thorough- and very easy to talk to. He was substituting for Nicole Osterhout- my “ regular” person , who has always been super . Rather than just go through the motions as a full in person, he discussed many other details of my condition. He was super! The person at the in take desk was also very friendly and kind.
