Had UHS Remodeling redo our entire house before listing it for rent. Painting, flooring, tile, kitchen, bathrooms, the works. Since it's an investment property and I had a strict budget to stick to, they respected that and i am very pleased with the results. Not the first contractor I've worked with, but definitely one I'll be calling again.
Not gonna lie, I tried saving money doing my guest bathroom myself and it did not go well. Found UHS Remodeling when I started looking for someone for my kitchen and I'm really glad I did.Full remodel, all the plumbing, everything done right. What I appreciated most was dealing with one person the whole time and getting a follow-up call after. Felt like they genuinely cared. Dallas area, these guys are the real deal.
I had UHS Remodeling install a standing seam metal roof and honestly couldn't be happier. Tommy W was my project manager and he was great patient with all my questions, always had a real answer, and I never had to wonder what was going on because he stayed on top of communication the whole time. Shopped around before choosing UHS Remodeling for a home addition in Dallas and honestly it was the right call. They built out a master bedroom suite for us and PM stayed on top of communication the whole time. Met the owner too, really down to earth and you can tell he actually cares. Happy with the whole experience.💯
