I just love these guys
Attempting to get new equipment since mid January. Staff often does not answer calls, no one has ever returned call after message left. Denies getting info from doctor. Staff states they will call doctor to get info and then does not follow thru. They are not specific with info needed from doctor lending to repetitions calling. When asked specific question about needs after I become a patient and question is not understood, after re-wording 3 times. Once upon a time these people were good. Now... LAME, LAME, LAME! ZERO stars
They will bill your insurance and over charge you on top of it. Sometimes, they even tell you it's not covered and leave you without a product at all whilst filling it and selling it to someone else for profit. They even give you products that were reimbursed from manufacturer for having defects and charge you for it as well, then supply themselves with one from your insurance and sell it to a cash paying customer for triple profits. They'll have everyone pitching in to confirm their lies for cuts of profits.
