Invalidated my health concerns, which as a woman, is especially frustrating and I didn’t expect from a female doctor. Told me that a service was there and at my appointment sort of ridiculed/talked down to me because they didn't offer the service I was seeking; not my fault, your receptionist told me you did… Doctor rambled on about her own life many times instead of caring or inquiring about mine. I recently had my first visit with my new provider Patrick Fitzpatrick . Patrick was very nice, went through my medical history with me and listened to my concerns. He gave good suggestions and a clear plan for future appointments.
Excellent service. Emily was very attentive. She makes me feel relaxed. I received exactly what I needed. Kay was very helpful and a pleasure to talk with.Thank you!!
