Its always a great experience.
My appointment was at 10:00am and I arrived at 9:45am as per their suggestions. Someone came out announcing 15 min delay since the doctor was "taking care of her patients." At 11:00am I was finally called in. I went in the small room with the nurse and then had to wait 15 more minutes to see the doctor. She was very apologetic, but, hey, this is not the way to treat your patients. If you cannot keep up with the appointments, just schedule less patients and be punctual.
