Dr. Rosato at UHS Vestal takes the time with her patients without ever making the patient/appt. time feel "rushed". She is good about asking questions to better understand the patient's concerns/needs. Dr. Rosato and her staff are very responsive to notes/questions/requests sent via MyChart. I appreciate Dr. Rosato & her staff and feel they often go "above and beyond" in carrying out their responsibilities to the patients they provide care to. (10/29/2025)
Very nice personality. Asks all of the right questions. Takes plenty of time. Listens to all concerns. Very professional. Good sense of humor! Highly recommend.
Accompanied elderly mother to appt. Staff kind/ courteous. Provider was patient, attentive, and sincere in her efforts to reinforce diet changes. Flu shot provided. Scheduled follow up visit. Family using messaging through MyChart with excellent response time.
