I was in for my second shingles vaccine shot and to have blood drawn. I had a short wait to receive my vaccine, and a little longer wait to have my blood drawn. There was only one phlebotomist working. She was very pleasant and did a great job. In total, I was only there for an hour. Everyone was friendly and courteous.
