The entire staff and provider were exceptional—professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. When the physician ordered additional labs, the phlebotomist drew my blood immediately, and the results came back within hours. Highly recommended!
Very friendly. No consistency of staff. I feel they need to up thier game. Im an RN. They are only medical for allot of old people. I feel they should check ears and feet on every elderly client. My fathers ear was packed with hard wax. They saw him a month ago. Yes I should have checked but I live 2 hours away. Plus everytime Im at Dads major problems. The Doctor would not give pain meds. He did tell them he did not sleep at all. Couldnt hear.
UHS Oxford is a wonderful primary care. Always have prompt appointments when needed, very pleasant office staff, nurses, and doctors. Attention to detail and care. Very happy with their care!
This was my first visit there and I was very impressed. Everyone there was polite and you knew they were there to take care of you. This is not my Prime Care facility but I wouldn't hesitate to go back there. The PA was excellent!
