Dr. Fox is always very thorough and informative. He explains your medical issues, causes and possible resolutions . I appreciate his knowledge and honesty. Thank you Dr. Fox
Good to see Dr. Fox again. There were some concerns which he shared with me and we are following up . We have more tests, etc inthe next few weeks.
Friendly staff that gives great care. Calling for an appointment is necessary It's a physicians office, not a walk-in clinic. X-rays can be done on site, when needed. Immediate call in to pharmacy so my meds are ready for me as soon as possible (speed of filling them is on the pharmacy, not the physician). They work hard to fit me in when I'm I'll do I don't need to go to urgent care. Great small talk, when appropriate, nice bedside manner. I have been a patient here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
There is a receptionist named Jane at the facility..I hope her work ethic does not rub off on the rest of the staff..oh wait it already has..urgent tests were supposed to be scheduled after doctor ordered them/insurance approved and faxed paperwork to them on March 29th... still not scheduled..we are in April now....everyday we follow up..you guessed it...no appt.yet..probably they lost the order...so...so..sad the staff here are so incompetent we will be leaving this office and finding a new physician.
