I have always been very happy with the care I received at UHS. I was upset to find out I will no longer be able to see my provider because the Oneonta office is closing.
Why should you give UHS a compliment for closing a facility and leaving all their patients without their primary care physicians???
Definitely a difference in staff moral after the notice that the office was being closed. I am very disappointed that the Oneonta office is being closed. I feel bad for the staff.
I have always been pleased with my experience...really upset that uhs is closing....patients should be brought in on the decision making.. .Dr Landry and the office staff were the best..... With my medical history and age I think it is horrible I have to look for another Dr....so very unhappy with this decision....I also feel you should think twice about closing this office.....it is the best and Dr Landry is the best and the office staff is always there to help. Please think twice
I deleted my original post. Whoever made the stupid decision to close the UHS in Oneonta made a big mistake. There must have been a way to WAIT & find drs for replacements. Instead it was ok to upset all the patients lives to scramble to find new in town drs. & all the people that work there. It was THE PERFECT PLACE for the patients! But who cares about that!?
