Alexandr Galkin, NP was proficient, professional, and extremely likeable. To say that Alex is thorough is an understatement every issue was addressed and appropriately delt with, and might I add all tests taken quickly analyzed and reported to me on line or by phone. Alexandr made the experience a pleasure though this may overstate the issue as health issues are not my favorite sport.

Typically some of the best healthcare professionals I’ve seen; minus NP Alexandr Galkin who will treat you like the scum of the Earth and belittle you with no reasonable cause. If you need urgent care before seeing your primary and he is the only option; go somewhere else or wait to see your primary. It’s not worth coming out of an appointment made feeling like garbage.

Very poor professional. my wife went in for a tooth infection , she explained over the phone two days in a row, they told her to come in on April 2 , 2021 at 11 am . As soon as she gets there for appointment they tell her go take vivid test first in vestal. They should have said that on the phone in first place. Plus the lady that did her vivid test threw away the test because she said a curse word because it hurt her and said she is going to write my wife refuse the test.
