Was charged for out patient service. No out patient service was performed. Charged my insurance $175 then billed me$43 my insurance didn't pick up. Went for physical which is covered. Called billing, Called deposit office . Said might have talked about blood pressure might have the reason. Sounds like a reason to switch to Guthrie.
