Very sad and disturbing how we have an opiate crisis in both Casey Taylor and ishea smith will write prescription for opiate narcotics for well over a year straight and never ask for a drug screen knowing being in the medical field the opiate crisis were in that’s quite scary. Anybody could walk in as opiates I find that very unprofessional
