Easy check in & scheduling. Very pleasant staff from check-in to checkout.Have been attending this specific facility every year since 2021 due to several different issues so they all know me by my first name. Therapists are very knowledgeable & patient. When I am having a painful day they do not push me with the exercises. When I had questions about some exercises it is explained how it would improve certain areas of my pain. Thus far this referral for treatment I have had Michael, Joanne & Michelle. This was my first appointment with Kelsey. She was concerned & very attentive to the issue. I highly recommend Kelsey.
Very professional and knowledgable. I liked how fast and efficient they were, but also how they tried to address issues.
