Staff is very pleasant. Short wait. Dr. Shey (for short) did a very thorough exam using a flexible nasal cannula camera that I had no problem with and found to be only minimally uncomfortable. Currently following the recommended treatment regimen and hoping it takes care of the issue.
Front office staff and nurses are incredibly friendly and professional. Dr was a bit arrogant and became visibly annoyed at the questions I was asking. I have 1 more appointment with them and see if the dr attitude can change. If not I will be seeking another dr.
Waited 30 minutes for doctor on a Sunday then was so quick with me didn’t answer all my questions
