Update: The owner of Valle Vista Hospital in Greenwood Indiana is Universal Health Services in Pennsylvania. I have left three voicemails in regards to a lawsuit I'm going to file on them and I have yet to get a call back. Horrible Hospital Administration. Read the many one-star Google reviews for Riverside Medical Clinic, Brockton Campus, Riverside California. They have made it very difficult for patients to get treatment. The call center has become the worst I have ever experienced. Utilizing the auto-call back feature on their call center, results in patients trying to get appointments receiving call backs in about two hours, if the patient gets called back the same day at all. Terrible, terrible, terrible. While escorting 2 clients through a prohibited entrance, staff, steps over a rolled up mat, (used as a door prop) and never looks back to warn the clients, nor remove the hazzard herself, which I thought she as an employee , in charge of the care of patients, was obligated to do. Absolutely abhorrent and shady billing practices. Terrible customer service. Overcharged me and refused to provide a refund in a timely manner. Held my money unit I contacted the state to initiate a formal complaint.
