Terrible, terrible, terrible. While escorting 2 clients through a prohibited entrance, staff, steps over a rolled up mat, (used as a door prop) and never looks back to warn the clients, nor remove the hazzard herself, which I thought she as an employee , in charge of the care of patients, was obligated to do. Absolutely abhorrent and shady billing practices. Terrible customer service. Overcharged me and refused to provide a refund in a timely manner. Held my money unit I contacted the state to initiate a formal complaint.

I returned a call for one of the employees and the receptionist said she is hr and hung up on me! I call back and they don't answer ??? Horrible customer service!
