This us a review of UHS Vestal Gynecology--not of the Dr... Helene is wonderful. But if you miss ONE appointment you get a letter threatening them cutting you off from them and ALL UHS providers. Yes, all. For one appt. They say its "breaking a contract'--but they cancel on me all the time and its ok for them to do it? And how can you do that if someone is seeing a heart specialist for a life threatening issue and then you get CUT OFF? I've been with this practice for over 40 years. Never missed an appt. Both Dr. Longachre -Price and her staff were wonderful with me, despite my own crabby attitude and my mistake about arrival time - I was the one who was late, she was gracious to keep the appointment anyway.
