When I walked in and asked specifically what kind of a wait time I had at 8:34 in the morning on a Friday, I was told there was no one in front of me. I would be the next one to be called. 20 minutes later 5 people went into the lab before me. Me being the patient one that I am went to ask the front desk what the wait time was again. The ladies sitting next to her said two more people ahead of me. I asked how did I go from being the very next person 20 minutes ago to now two more people behind me?
