1. Cardiac Cath the person handling meds and the person injecting lidocaine and contrast in my artery were out of sync and the pain was excruciating. 2. A+ The staff at the JC location are outstanding. I had an abnormal Holter monitor test. The office squeezed me in on a Sat. within 2 wks of the referral. I called the office and they changed me from an NP to the provider of their choice. The receptionists and nurse were kind and efficient. Dr Rehman was patient, kind and listened to everything that I had to say. I was extremely nervous. I have been going there for a year now no significant issues all just preemptive measures and I absolutely love Kristen Lewis and her Nurse they are compassionate, empathetic, trustworthy knowledgeable caring people who listen to make you feel comfortable

Made several mistakes regarding medications for my 90 year old mother. Not calling in critical meds. Had to call on call doctor. Changed med strength and noted that they had no med changes. This is unacceptable. Never returning phone calls. UHS has gone downhill.
