Love my cardiologist, Doctor Vitalles but his office UH S cardiology is the worst office in Broome County called for some prescriptions. The receptionist hung up on me. Had my primary doctor send a list of prescriptions over I needed got no response. Have had lots of trouble with this office over the years From not getting prescriptions to canceling appointments not being made. Had a heart attack on 7-2-23. Released on 7-6-23. Supposed to be seen in one week, STILL waiting for an appointment as of 7-18-23. Not really sure who's in charge of this department but someone needs to look into the scheduling! Maybe a few calls from a lawyer might help get things moving. Millions of dollars in a new addition and yet no one can get an appointment. Smh.
this place is a joke . they’ll let you have a heart attack and die in front of them before they even consider helping you or caring about you in any way . you’d be better off going to a bird for medical help
