I ordered from this company with a suggestion. They are selling products which are not in their stock. I tried to send multiple emails and there is no response at all. I ordered $1700+ and they only sent me 1300$ equivalence and there is no update on the remaining order and 4+ week is over. I ordered Propad and after the payment I got an email that the product is not in their stock. I asked to refund but again no response on my email. This is not a professional way of doing business. Hi I made in order over a month ago I ordered a m4 clamp for my condor key cutting machine and I was told at the beginning of February that it will arrive by the 10 and I still haven’t received my order and the don’t even bother to let ther customer know that they didn’t have it in stock but to my money I have been loosing jobs because of this
Be careful when buying expensive locks from UHS Hardware. They charge a 10%–25% restocking fee on returns. I purchased an $890 lock and they kept $89 as a repacking fee. In my experience, Amazon, eBay, or other locksmith suppliers are better option.
Barbara Ferguson was great. She helped me cancel an order (i made by mistake) with a great attitude. Then called back to reassure me it was done.
