HS hardware on a problem that occurred with one of their devices that they actually are a vendor of and Ms. Johnson was so polite and so helpful, not only did she help resolve the problem with the defective part, but she immediately ordered a new part to be shipped to me and arranged for the pickup of the detective item. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the customer service I received at UHS Hardware was extremely disappointing. I understand that the company only sells to customers with business accounts, and I completely respect that policy. My issue was not with the policy—it was with the attitude of the employee at the front counter.
