Christine on the phone was rude and would not help me setting up an appointment
Really like Dr. Longacre-Price. She’s retiring but I’ll be okay with whoever takes over. The secretaries and medical assistants are very professional.
Nancy that works front desk and answers the phone needs better customer service training. Incredibly rude. Actual medical staff is good.
Nancy the receptionist is absolutely horrible, so rude, and does not answer simple questions. Unsure why this place employs her at all. Do better UHS.
The Andrea was a very good gynecologist. She was very sweet and didn't make me nervous at all. I highly reccomend her.
