Nancy that works front desk and answers the phone needs better customer service training. Incredibly rude. Actual medical staff is good.
Nancy the receptionist is absolutely horrible, so rude, and does not answer simple questions. Unsure why this place employs her at all. Do better UHS.
The Andrea was a very good gynecologist. She was very sweet and didn't make me nervous at all. I highly reccomend her.
Andrea Ochoa is my provider and Myriam Chlela was my surgeon and both of these women made me feel and treated me like a human being. They never ever once dismissed me and my symptoms/complaints. They listened, discussed matters extensively and answered any questions I had. These two angels have put me now on the road to recovery after living with endometriosis for lord knows how long.
