Misinformation and poor patient care.
My appointment with Nayoung Lee went well. She is very nice and thorough.
Not a good first (and last) visit with nurse practitioner. Needs more training to know if a patient has had a total hysterectomy they don't have a cervix so there's no reason to do a pap smear other than to rip off insurance companies. Unnecessary testing just to bill insurance for services not provided. I will not be returning to this location as they clearly don't know what they're doing.
