I really do look towards my visits to UHS endriconology, the staff here cares a lot about my well-being..from the great office team and nurses always going above & beyond by making sure my appointments are on date & times that I prefer to my NP Stacy cogdon who has always done a great professional advise and uses her expertise in planning towards my progress as a type 2 diabetic, I really do believe the care team at UHS does well with its slogan.."EXTRAORDINARY CARE"..thanks UHS..

Terrible experience and I hadn’t even been seen yet. Had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Brathwaite and they randomly cancelled 3 hours before the appointment telling me “the provider was unavailable at that time”. I took time off of work to go to this appointment as I was scheduled for a 90 minute education class afterwards with a nurse and they cancelled that one too. Terrible Office and Terrible communication. 2 years of a run around, first trying to see Dr. Brathwaite, the office canceling my appt many times, sometimes even the day I showed up. Then them scheduling additional testing that took many months to set up. Additional testing revealed I needed to see a specialist via googling the result because Dr. Braithwaite never even called for 2 whole weeks after the testing was even marked high priority.
