Made me wait 9 hours while having a seizure. I did not find out until past the medical malpractice timeline that this is 100% illegal and malpractice. I wish I knew and would have sued but wanted to let others know that what they do here is illegal if you have a true medical emergency!

(This is a doctor review not necessarily the ER itself even though the staff is overall kind and doing their best!) Dr. Howell is very patient and kind, he listens to every concern and doesn't brush you off. He gave a detailed diagnosis and made sure I understood exactly what was going on and why certain things were recommend. He even addressed concerns a couple days after initially being seen. Great attitude and bedside manner, best doctor interaction I could hope for in the Emergency Room :)

I only gave them any stars because the excellent care i got from melissa and reid in the er yesterday they were beyond amazing even when dr Qureshi, Aamir's was rude to my husband they came and was so comforting and very sweet they helped us more than i can ever say i been helped iin any hospital and to think they r nurses i wish they would further theirselves to being drs because the wway they explain things and broke things down and reassured us and even went back and looked for another way to help they were amazing thank ... read more

I'm only giving this a 2 star because it's the only place around that actually handles mental health crisis's with adolescents. I've been to this location with my child on numerous occasions. The only thing good about this place is the French fries, and a kind nurse named Lisa in the CPEP area on the first floor. First and foremost, the waiting area is extremely small.
