Staff was great. Hospital was very clean. Procedure was about 2.5 hrs late due to issue with one of the previous patients. Biopsies were done which will take a couple of weeks which I'm concerned about because it was the last day for the doctor at UHS and I'm worried my results will get lost in the system and forgotten. I've lost EVERY doctor I've had with UHS so I'm not sure what is going on there. I also don't like the fact that the patient never meets the doctor until the day of procedure or surgery. Was not happy to see that they have moved the infusion center. Waiting area is like a closet. Not appealing or warm when entering the room. Nurses using portable desks in hallway to complete work. Nursing staff always pleasant and friendly.
UHS transfer my wife to General Monday night. The nurses were great. Their Droctors have a lot to be desired. I will NEVER go back to uhs or general. Guthrie would never had treated her that way. I would not take anyone to there.
