Horrible customer service from John, was quick to take a two week payment without reviewing my application first. Told it’d be 30 minutes to a hour so I waiting in the parking lot. 2 hours later I called because I had my 4 month baby waiting with me. Told me to come back at 6pm. Called no answer. Received no calls or voicemails. No refund. Wouldn’t recommend
The staff at UHR was extremely friendly and knowledgeable when I was looking for a certain gaming system for my fiancée. They had it that day. And gave me a great deal. 100% would recommend and do.
Was an easy in and out process. Delivery came on time. Maelynn, John and Andy were the friendliest people I’ve encountered publicly in quite awhile! Definitely a customer for life now!
