Had a routine Physical with Dr Kessler arrived 15 minutes early the appointment was schedule for 3:30 pm spent 25 minutes in the examination room at 3:45 pm walked out the door didn't even see the doctor. The nursing staff seem totally unorganized.
Dr. Meredith is amazing, I'm one of her new patients and she is very understanding and helpful. She is a great listener and she pays attention to detail. Favorite doctor by far and highly recommended
Scheduled an appointment on the UH my chart app, got a call morning of the appointment from Dr. Meredith’s office from a VERY RUDE lady named Tiffany. She tells me she has no clue how the appointment was scheduled etc etc the Dr has an opening in a week. I say, I took off work to go to the appointment, she snaps at me and tells me there isn’t one (but the app let me schedule and there were other openings), then she cancels the appointment and says I cancelled it.
