I have never written a negative review before, but after my awful experience here, I felt I needed to. I was nothing but polite and needed some air in my tires to make it home during a negative degree day. I would have done it myself but the gas station air pumps weren’t working in the cold weather. This was the closest shop I could get to. John was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. He wasn’t there when I arrived, so I dealt with another technician who stopped what he was doing to help me.
