My experience at UHealth SoLé Mia was disappointing. Although the valet parking staff was very friendly and helpful, the overall service fell far short of expectations. I arrived 30 minutes late to my appointment due to traffic, and they still refused to see me, even though the delay was minimal and the clinic did not seem busy. On top of that, every time they schedule an appointment for me, they give me a date two months out, making it very difficult to receive timely medical care.
