I got very sick as a tourist in Miami. All I have to say is that healthcare in the US is absolutely horrible. Compared to Europe, the US is 50 years behind. My advice for this Urgent care, being friendly goes a long way... and treat a very sick patient first, and do the paperwork afterwards. I had the feeling I had to be dying to get help...
