The staff took excellent care of my mother when we had came in after a fall. Usually Urgent Care clinics have a poor reputation for their service across, but we were very well received. Shout out to Johnathen, Stephanie, Andrew, and Dr. Pico. We appreciate the help and professionalism.
I can honestly say this urgent facility has stepped up its game. I used to come here back in 2012 when I didn’t have any insurance and they used to give me a hard time. The waiting time used to be ridiculous. But now, it’s totally different. The environment is much more cleaner and the staff is awesome. Way to go Jackson North Dade!! ♥️♥️♥️
