Malísimo esta vez me dejaron esperando demasiado aparte no te asiste para nada pedí que me limpiaran el dedo y se dieron todo el postín cuando salí a decir que me iba que ya llevaba mucho tiempo esperando L enfermera me gritó diciéndome que estaba imprimiendo la hoja que me iba dar que es primero la atención al paciente o recipe ? Pésima la asistencia el Día de HoY…..
I was bitten by a horse and had the best care first by receptionist Stephanie B. who upon arrival gave me ice for my hand that was so swollen, then nurse Andrew was extremely professional and caring and last but not least Dr Shaila Kirpalani was most caring and listen to all my concerns, all the staff was incredible and very supportive and caring. I was very pleased here and encourage everyone to used this facility as one you will be happy with!

Staff is friendly. But it's not truly a UHealth facility. They are not connected to the University of Miami patient portal and you need to register with them from scratch through a cumbersome 12 step online form. Why they don't allow you to use your existing patient data from the actual UHealth system is beyond me. So the UHealth logo on the door is just for branding really. It's actually a Jackson Memorial facility.
