Poorly run. Made an appointment in advance and checked in online. Showed up 10 minutes early and confirmed my appointment in person at the counter. Patiently waited for 45 minutes, nothing. TERRIBLE SERVICE. From the moment we walked in it was a bit awkward because nobody really greeted us. I had a visible shoulder injury. We just kind of had to say what we wanted. It felt like we walked in to the wrong place. We sat down to fill out the forms then a nurse comes out without introducing herself or anything and asks “are you still filling out the form? Today I took my daughter to the Urgent Care for a routine ear check for wax build up. My daughter is always so stressed when she gets this procedure but today she saw Dr. Vanessa Samaniego. This doctor was the best! She put all my daughter’s fears at bay. She was patient, understanding, and just simply a miracle worker. My daughter got the procedure done with no fear.
