This was my first time here I want to thank everyone from the Front desk and the Nurses and Doctor Reyes Velazque Everyone was so sweet . the place was very very clean 🥰

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The receptionist was extremely rude and spoke to me in an aggressive manner from the moment I walked in. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:00 a.m., and by 8:30 a.m. they were nowhere near ready to see me. I ended up having to leave and am now waiting for my refund. If you are not able to honor appointment times, then you should not be offering appointments. I expected much better from UHealth Jackson. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
