The heavy set blonde woman was not helpful. She obviously did not want to get up off her chair I was getting a cold and she was suggesting what I should take. Like I’ve never been sick before. All I wanted was a zpak which I know works for me. She refused. What a waste of time. Didn’t even bother to check me out to see.
Beware of the bait and switch when it comes to payments. This clinic will not inform you if your insurance covers or not. The nurse will take your card and information implying it will but then you will get a bill for $119 for a simple strep test that I could have received for a $1 copay at Target Minute Clinic which I got the following week for another family member. This place sucks...rude, assuming, self righteous people...how dare they put the U on it...
Slow to be seen but easy and close. Nurses are always nice. Never had a problem.
