Dr. Agnes Supala Berger is an amazing amazing doctor. Everything about her as a physician and a person. The whole staff is very attentive and professional. I couldn’t recommend her enough as a neurologist.
Bad organization and worst experience I've had with Uhealth. I had an appointment with the Urologist. I clearly said that I couldn't be there at 3:30 but at 4 because of work and the distance. They cancelled my appointment because the doctor went to the emergency room. Then they rescheduled the appointment at 3:30 and I couldn't get there. I arrived at 3:54 pm and they simply told me that they couldn't see me. Here the patient is NOT IMPORTANT, if not them and the doctor, I hope they do well. Great place treated very well . And very professional staff
Horrible experience today with the neurologist. She was in a hurry, didn't take the time to listen to my symptoms, she was careless and felt offended that I brought up a condition called PPPD that she has never heard before, telling me "nowadays anyone can come up with new conditions." BTW the condition is well known nowadays and it has been even added to the ICD10 because of the amount of people suffering from it after COVID.
