Dr. Divya Chauhan was very helpful to us. My visiting mom needed treatment, as well as medications, while she was here. Doctor was able to comprehend her history, and prescribe treatment as well as appropriate medications. This would’ve been very tough for us, to obtain elsewhere. Doctor Divya’s knowledge and experience is of high standards, per our experience and observation. Conceptually too, UHEALDIRECT is really good, for both locals as well as travelers and visitors.
I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Chauhan! From the moment you walk into the office, it’s clear how much care and attention she gives to all her patients. Dr. Chauhan truly listens without rushing, takes every concern seriously, and explains things in a way that makes you feel comfortable and informed. Dr. Chauhan Was my VA examiner. I wanted to be sure to leave her a 5 star review for how great she was. As a veteran, nervous for the VA exams, she put my mind at ease with how nice and helpful she was during my exam. She will educate you as a medical professional and was overall just great to work with. If you’re seeing her for your VA exams, put your mind at ease.
Dr. Chauhan tried to bully my into getting treatment for something I didn’t have. I asked for time to think over what I wanted to do and she came back into the room 3x within 10 minutes bullying me saying “you know you HAVE to get treated before you leave today” and I hadn’t even been tested yet. Turns out I had what I thought I had and did NOT need that treatment. When I told her I wanted to cancel my membership I asked for a refill on my persriptions and she ignored me and never refilled.
