Had my first appt, everything went well. the doctor was very nice to me and even wanted to have labs to see if i am deficient in anything as i have an autoimmune disease and don’t absorb nutrients well. my previous provider did nothing of the sort. once my labs were complete the next day my RX for the vitamins i was deficient in were there. my pharmacy didn’t give me needles to inject i sent a message on the portal and the nurses got my script for the needles sent in the same day. so far my communication has been good and my... read more
Had a colonoscopy done and try to make appointment for other concerns. They didn't call back I waited for two months so I went to Morgantown screw UHC
I was referred to Uhc 6 weeks ago. Never received a call or confirmation of an appointment until I made 3 calls. Left messages for a week and then a return call. The nurse did not explain the appointment details and I have to wait until late September for and introductory appointment. The nurse did not seam concerned about my inquiry.
Went in after being sick for 2 months. Needed Endoscope and colonoscopy the diagnose. Couldn't get scheduled until July. Saw another doctor today and scopes are being done Monday.
