Upon my first visit with Dr. Hammad I had to make a point of mentioning his absolutely wonderful bedside manner to the appointment desk. His thoroughness in detailing everything was exceptional. He completely explained diagnosis and test procedures. After all the tests he personally called to give me the results and immediately implemented a treatment plan. Absolutely amazing experience.
I had an excellent experience with UHC, UHC Gastroenterology and specifically Dr. Hammad during a recent minor procedure. Michael with pre-admission testing provided clear instructions and made me feel well prepared. The outpatient surgery nurses, Danielle and Nicole were compassionate and attentive, creating a calm and reassuring environment. Had my first appt, everything went well. the doctor was very nice to me and even wanted to have labs to see if i am deficient in anything as i have an autoimmune disease and don’t absorb nutrients well. my previous provider did nothing of the sort. once my labs were complete the next day my RX for the vitamins i was deficient in were there. my pharmacy didn’t give me needles to inject i sent a message on the portal and the nurses got my script for the needles sent in the same day. so far my communication has been good and my... read more
