Rude staff, horrid wait times
Very difficult to get an ER follow up appointment from 12-22-24. Scheduled in February. Scheduling staff worthless. Do not recommend this clinic.
Have a doctor that doesn't even see me. Been wo my allergy shots for months & they don't care. Wait another 3 months. Have suffered & can't stop sneezing. Have continuous sinus infections. They don't care.
Wait time wasn't bad. I took my 4 year old to get his ears checked, they couldn't on the count of he had wax build up in his ears. Instead of getting someone to do it, the lady looked at me and said "I'm sorry, I cannot treat him with wax in his ears you would need to schedule an appointment to have the wax removed and reschedule with us." One taking a kid to the Dr. they are able to clean wax out and two I have to take another day out of a very busy schedule just to drive 20 minutes on way just for nothing.
