I believe that I have been going to Westshore Primary Care for more than 30 years, I have always found the staff and Dr. Wagner to be professional, courteous, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. In addition, the facility is always clean and there is an onsite lab.

One time we waited 40 mins and then had to ask receptionist how much longer for her to tell us 1 more hour. No one said anything to us. This last time I got to exam room within 15 mins because there no one there. I waited 1 hour before I had to ask where my dr was. She comes in and does not say anything about the wait. She acted like it was her first day. She said she had to refer me to specialists for everything I asked for. She left the room for another 20 mins. I walked out. I will never go there again. I am new to the state and needed a pcp for my 4 month old getting rsv vaccine asap. The lady that answered the phone was super sweet and helped me get set up for my appointment the very next day. So far so good for me.

Love the Dr.s but the front staff is awful, except Susie we love Susie. But Jody is nasty, she has been nasty for years! If you hate your job, work somewhere else. Its so depressing walking in that place these days.
