I came in as a new patient, and this experience was beyond disappointing. Both my husband and I scheduled annual wellness visits well in advance. When I arrived, I was only seen by a nurse practitioner—no doctor—because they scheduled the wrong appointment. My husband took time off work for his visit, only to get a call an hour before saying the doctor had a meeting and they needed to reschedule. Dr. Grant and her nurses were absolutely lovely to me.
GO TO A DIFFERENT UH. Address on Google is wrong*** States 224 instead of 145. Appt scheduled at 1020, says to show up at 1005. I get there. In an exam room at 10:19. 1130 rolls around, i'm anxious because I have to get to work and the appointment is only supposed to be 20 minutes long. At 12 I had to walk out. I couldnt wait any longer. This was a complete waste of my time. The doctor has ZERO time management, never even got to meet him. I will be fighting UH on billing this. This place has absolutely no concern about wasting your time. Don’t expect to begin your appointment until a minimum 45 minutes after it was scheduled. If you have time to waste, this is the place to be
