They keeping me alive and I am here to tell you about it. Dr Butrey is one of the best!
The wait times at this location are absurd. Even if a nurse comes to get your vitals you’ll still be waiting for the doctor for it least a hour. Ridiculous.
I haven’t been to a doctor in years and now I remember why.. I came in to see a doctor because I have been experiencing some bothersome symptoms (dizziness, rapid heart rate, extreme fatigue, headaches). the first thing to come out of her mouth was “are you anxious or have anxiety?” And after almost everything I had said she would let out a little giggle, making me feel like what I was there for was funny or something. If I could I would give 0 stars. They ask you to show up 15 minutes early and then I end up sitting in a screening room for over 2 hours without ever seeing the doctor. I finally had to just walk out and never saw the doctor. This is 100% unexceptable to take an appointment and then make someone who takes time off of work to get to that appointment wait for 2 hours. If my hair cutter can message me and say they are running behind schedule why can't you guys do the same thing. I will never be going back to this facility.
Tried calling this facility multiple times to leave a message for one of Dr Butreys patients. The staff kept hanging up on me.
