Tried calling this facility multiple times to leave a message for one of Dr Butreys patients. The staff kept hanging up on me.

Good doctors who are attentive and care about their patients. Unfortunately the past few years the scheduling and management is pretty abysmal. If you respect your time I'd look elsewhere. They constantly double and triple book leading to 2 to 3 hours wait time frequently, which is unacceptable. A 2:30 appointment will have you leaving around 5 or 6.

Doctors and staff are nice. The rooms are clean. Do not plan anything near your appointment time. They do not do anything with any sense of urgency. You will spend at least an hour in the waiting room, plus more time waiting in the exam room. One time did we wait less than 30 min in the waiting room, only to spend an hour and half in the exam room before the doctor came in. if you have an appointment at 2 don’t plan to be seen until 5 or 6 they double book appointments. don’t come in late or they will cancel your appointment just for you to sit and wait on them for hours..

I’ve been with Dr. Carbone for years so has all of my family and he’s a wonderful doctor. I greatly appreciate the Doctor and his staff. I absolutely love the care me and my family receive here. The provider is outstanding and always has been. I hope that Dr. Carbone and the staff get to read this review and that it makes their day a little bit better because I see how hard they work and they deserve the world for how they genuinely care and try to help patients.
