I went in today due to a recurring fever by the time I got there my fever went down but Dr.Oliver had seen me I’ve seen him before and all he says it’s dehydration he wasn’t concerned about my high vitals or anything else. I am now home and have had a fever once again and it keeps going up. I will not be going to see him again because all he does was push away any concerns and just sticks to one thing.
I couldn't get in to see my primary care when I had come down with an upper respiratory illness that wasn't getting better. The staff here were so friendly and professional including the personnel at the front desk. I was seen and treated in less than hour. Highly recommend the care here!
Doctors and staff are wonderful here. Consider those place at 100% from now on. Staff were wonderful to me.
Open until 8 pm which is good for those of us who work full time. The staff here is friendly, courteous and professional and can quickly deal with non-life threatening issues. In and out in under 30 minutes, on both my visits. The practitioners here are backed up by University Hospitals, whom I strongly prefer over Cleveland Clinic, but that's another story.
