Do yourself a favor and find a doctor anywhere but this practice! The complete and total lack of care for their patients is shameful! They cancel appointments frequently and make you wait for months for another appointment. There are also a couple of nurses who are very unpersonable and unsympathetic. Don't get me started on waiting room and patient room wait times. Sometimes you're waiting for hours. Glad to be rid of them
The staff is always kind& never hesitate to help you.From signing in to the physicians them selves, I've always been happy with my visits.My daughter sees a pediatric dr.& my husband & I see a family dr.both of which are very generally concerned with there patients& are so careing!I highly recommend this medical building!
I saw Dr. Chuck Haver here. First of all, I was in and out in 35 minutes which is unheard of in a doctor's office and second, most of that time was spent talking to the doctor. He was very thorough and caring. I would never go back to the other UH place in Streetsboro. Terrible service
