Staff is good and friendly. However, UH is a disorganized mess overall. Dr. Recommended X-rays. Said I could get them at Twinsburg. I go to Twinsburg, and no they do not have the correct equipment ( they said because of remodeling, even though no construction workers, vehicles, etc in evidence ). UH tried to get me to pay for the X-rays twice. If you are using UH facilities, check everything (before leaving), check everything while there, and keep good records?
