I’ve been to this lab twice to get blood work for my newborn and although they were very kind people, they did not seem to know what they were doing. They didn’t know where things were, didn’t warm her heel enough, and took several minutes to collect her blood yet both times failed to collect enough for the test. I won’t be talking a baby to this lab again.
I got blood work this morning and the phlebotomist was very nice. She gave me a lollipop and talked to me while she was taking my blood 🩸
I am walking out of the office now and I had to start leaving a review. I have never met a kinder , sweeter staff. I had my blood drawn. They worked with me so for my schedule, I didn’t feel it and the tech was the most lovely kind woman I have ever met. I will never go to another place .
Went to the lab. Linda was kind, quick and lovely to work with. Highly recommend!
I went for blood work on Monday. For the first time in 20 years that I go for blood work each year, the technician didn't check both of my arms for veins. I have thin veins. Two days later my left arm is excessively bruised, which also never happened. I will never go to Solon lab!
